The Department of International and Public Relations is responsible for the management of the Halls:  Conferences, Ground Floor Ceremonies and Lobby-Parking. For any other halls, you should contact the Directorate of Studies.

For the allocation of the above Rooms you must follow the following steps:

1. Fill in the following form

2. When we receive your request we process it and if there is availability of the Room you wish, we send your request to the Protocol to get a Protocol number. If the Room you wish to be allocated is not available we send you an informative email and you will need to send us a new request via the form with a new date for the allocation of the Room.

3. When we receive your request from the Protocol we will reply to you by email for the allocation of the Hall.
