Class Schecule & Syllabi

Overview

The following sections contain information regarding courses taught at the Department of Economics at the undergraduate level during the current academic year. Specifically:

  • The “Academic Calendar” is a broad overview of activities during the academic year: start/end of classes, exam periods and holidays.
  • Weekly class schedule” contains the schedule for all courses taught this year, by semester, including the room in which the course is taught. Announcements regarding permanent changes in time slot and/or room are also posted here.
  • Syllabi. For prospective Erasmus+ students that wish to choose our University for their mobility period, this is where you’ll find whether a class is available to Erasmus+ students.
  • “Courses not on offer” is a list of courses that will not be taught this semester. For Erasmus+ students, if a class contained in your OLA is not offered  during your mobility period please contact our academic advisor as soon as possible in order to find a suitable replacement.

Finally, at the end of this page you’ll find announcements regarding lecture postponements etc.

Please note that most of the supporting documents are in Greek (syllabi being the most notable exception). 

2024-2025 Calendar

Teaching at the Department of Economics is divided in two semesters:

  • Winter semester usually starts early October, with exams running from mid-January to mid-February.
  • Spring semester usually starts in late February, with exams in June.

The exact dates and duration of the teaching and exams periods, as well as all holidays, are defined in each year's Academic Calendar, which is issued during the summer of the previous academic year. In extraordinary circumastances, the academic calender can be modified, e.g. to extend the duration of the teaching and/or exam period.

Class Schedule – Spring Semester 2024-2025

Room change: Course ΟΚΜΑΚ03-Special Topics in Macroeconomics (8th Semester Elective) will be taught Mondays 09:15-12:00 in Room 336 (main building) and Thursdays 16:15-17:00 in Room 105 (main building).
