FACT SHEET Student Mobility Erasmus Academic Year 2025-2026

As an Erasmus Student at the University of Piraeus, you will have the chance to take courses, attend seminars, volunteer and explore the city of Piraeus!

The University of Piraeus is divided into 4 Schools:

1. School of Economics, Business and International Studies
2. School of Maritime and Industrial Studies
3. School of Finance and Statistics
4. School of Information and Communication Technologies

Deadlines For the Nomination/Application
Winter Semester/Full Year 2025-2026
The deadlines for the nomination are: until 10th June 2025
The deadlines for the application: until 10th July 2025

Before arrival

Nomination Procedure
The nomination form is only completed by the Sending Institution – Responsible Person of IRO
The online nomination form is available below. Only for Winter Semester/Full Year Nominations.

As long as we receive the official Nomination from your University that you have been selected to attend the Erasmus Mobility program for a specific period you will be asked to send us the following:

– Learning Agreement form (Before Mobility)

We use the OLA (Online Learning Agreement) through the platform of the EWP Dashboard and you can view here the Offered Courses per Department.

– European Health Insurance Card

– Passport (photo) or identity card (photo)

– B2 English Proficiency Level

Registration for Erasmus + students (arrival at University of Piraeus)

Upon arrival, all incoming students are obliged to attend the Orientation Day which takes place at the University of Piraeus (exact dates will be announced). After that, they can be enrolled at the Department they have been accepted.

The documents needed for the enrolment of exchange students at the Secretariat of their Department are the following:

– Certificate of Arrival (provided by International Relation Office of University of Piraeus)

– A copy of passport or identity card

Before Departure

Students must visit the International Relations Office before their departure to receive:

– Certificate of Attendance

You are requested to send an email to the International Relations Office regarding your departure at least 3 days prior to your Departure!
